This comedy serial produced by Eagle telefilms is an interesting 
caricature of the day to day problems faced by a common man in India. 
Pankaj Kapoor plays Musaddi Lal, a common man who gets caught in 
various kinds of tricky situations in his day today life be it at Post
 Office, Insurance Co, Bank, Railway Station, Telephone department, 
Mobile operator, Police Station etc. It is like seeing RK Laxman’s 
common man in action.

The problems of corruption, bureaucracy, procedural wrangles, maze of 
rules and regulations, red-tapism, sheer laziness and inertia of the 
workers, apathy and intransigence of the officials, and the resultant 
harassment that one faces has been potrayed very succinctly and 
convincingly.

Pankaj Kapoor displays his acting histrionics and talent as a harassed
 common man with permanent frown of consternation and bewilderment 
laced with a touch of innocence superbly.
