Naseer Khan (Mustafa Qureshi) runs a drug trafficking racket in his home town along with the help of his faithful munshi. He has also enrolled some people, who are posing as doctors in these small areas and making the patients addicted to drugs. One such doctor is Mohsin (Tahir Kazmi), who is actually a compounder posing as a doctor and being used by Naseer Khan to make people addicted to drugs. He has a disagreement with Naseer Khan over money and hence Naseer Khan becomes Mohsin’s enemy. Mohsin is married to Noor Bano (Sanam Iqbal) whom he had bought from her father (Tanveer Jamal) who is a drug addict. His younger daughter Sher Bano (Azra Siddiq) is engaged to her cousin Sher Ali. However her father is in debt to Naseer Khan and hence agrees when his munshi asks him to marry Sher Bano to Naseer Khan. However his wife Hamida (Zeba Bakhtiar) vows to save her second daughter from her father’s evil intentions even if she could not save her first daughter. Naseer Khan has a daughter Ambreen (Saima Qureshi) who is in love with her classfellow (Mohsin Khan) who is a lawyer. He is in search of his uncle who had driven him and his mother out of the house and had taken over their property. It is revealed to him that his uncle is Naseer Khan and he files a case against him, making Naseer Khan his enemy and out for his blood. Meanwhile Mohsin develops some differences with Sher Ali and using this, Naseer Khan has Mohsin murdered and Sher Ali implicated in his murder.
